The Fassil Hailu Memorial Fellowship was established through financial donation of the family and friends of Dr Fasil Hailu (Picture above), who was the founding head of the Radiotherapy Unit, Medical Faculty, AAU. The fellowship was first launched for pharmacy students in the academic year 2000-01. W/o Tadelech Asfaw, wife of the late Dr Fasil Hailu, his children who now reside in the USA are the principal supporters of the Fellowship
