Selection Criteria for possible fellows

• Henceforth need shall be given due emphasis when selecting fellows for support in addition to gender, participation in community activities such as in youth clubs, academic performance etc
• The GBF-AHEAD fellowship should continue in all the three medical faculties i.e. Addis Ababa, Jimma and Gondar
• The allowance payment should be raised to Birr 50/month for all fellowships provided the donors for each category concur.
• The respective faculties Dean of Student Offices and Student Councils shall be involved in the selection and implementation of the fellowship program.
• The payment to the fellows shall be made out twice a year (2 x 300 Birr)
